Crafing for Bipolar Disclaimer
While looking at support groups, forums and blogs online for people with bipolar, I got the feeling that there still are not enough with full descriptions of how people live with the symptoms. There still doesn’t seem to be enough people openly discussing or revealing how they experience the actual symptoms.
I’ve felt a strong need to try getting myself heard and to compare emotional and physical experiences with other people fighting Bipolar. I think discussing or explaining how Bipolar “feels” for the sufferer, as well as looking at alternative ideas on how to help ourselves are also important, so I decided to give Blogging a go…
Since there are so many websites and blogs already focussing on the serious, medical side of things, and as I am not a medical professional in any way, I will not be discussing anything medically related. If you do suffer from any major stress, emotional or mental health related issues, please seek professional help. I will not take any responsibility for anything people do with the information I provide and in no way am I providing any of this information as advice.
Any of the self help or other activities I explain or promote are ideas only for people to try alongside any professional help they may already receive.
I am simply providing an extra way for people to try to find ways to help themselves through my personal experiences and trials with Bipolar. It’s great to hear about how other people handle their symptoms and I hope my stories are able to be of some extra help.
Let’s discuss and help each other find better solutions to happier more comfortable living habits to help cope with this ever changing weird world we live in…
At Bipolar Australia we offer you several platforms to choose from to help you find the right information and encouragement to live a better life! Let us help each other find the right mixture of online and off-line support and assistance to better cope with life and its ongoing stress and mental confusion.
I won’t pretend to have all the answers, as I see it, no one does when it comes to Mental Health issues… What I will try to do is to provide links, information and examples of how to help you find the answers you need to help you understand what you are feeling and going through.
If you like my short articles’ and find them useful, or even if you have useful information to add or comments on something I need to change or improve leave a comment.
